Food School and Feeding Therapy

Helping children build safe, curious, and confident relationships with food.

About Food School and Feeding Therapy

Food isn’t just fuel—it’s a sensory adventure, a learning process, and sometimes, a bit of a battleground. Our Food School uses the SOS (Sequential-Oral-Sensory) approach combined with expertise in sensory processing, oral-motor learning, and emotional well-being. We help children who struggle with picky eating, food refusal, texture sensitivities, or limited food variety to explore, understand, and enjoy what’s on their plate. It’s compassionate, playful, and built for long-term success. Drawing on decades of clinical experience and real outcomes, we bring science into the kitchen in a way that makes sense and smells like yogurt finger‑painting. Our Process

The benefits of Food School and Feeding Therapy

Instead of “eat or else,” children rediscover food, step by step, at their own pace. They will also develop confidence to make their own choices about food.
Textures, smells, and touches become less scary over time.
Less tension, more connection. Parents say it feels like we recalibrated the mealtime atmosphere.
More than just calories: we help kids explore enough variety to nourish their bodies—and their curiosity.
You’ll gain playful tools and language to keep progress going at home, so meals become learning spaces, not battlegrounds.
